President’s Corner It is truly a privilege to work with such a great team as we have at RL. I feel blessed to know these people who are so deeply committed to contributing to others. Every time I interact with our staff, I learn something of significance. They have clearly created a learning organization which lives by the philosophy, “If you learn something from each experience, then your life will always be a success.” Thank you all for the opportunity to work with each of you. I know all of us feel deeply privileged to provide careering support to the people entrusted in our care. I am constantly awestruck by the willingness of people to share of themselves and be open. I am indebted to their vulnerability. With our clients, we are transported to places where only imagination exists, and we are invited to explore empowered lives and careers with few or no obstacles to success. We are allowed, even encouraged, to help people reshape their present, influence their future, and help them integrate their dreams with their realities.
