Denise Kitchen is an executive with 25 years of diverse experience in business management, human resources, and as an entrepreneur. Denise's broad skill sets include providing strategic direction and leadership to the full range of human resource functions, coaching senior executives, building organizational effectiveness, managing activities in start ups, and driving change initiatives. Denise is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), serves on the Board of Directors for the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association Chicago Chapter, and has been elected board chair of ACCESS Community Health Network. A native of western Illinois, Denise has a BS in Education and Special Education from Illinois State University.
